Responsibilities include coaching counsellors, reviewing KPIs, handling high-value prospects and escalations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, preparing performance reports, and developing partnerships and revenue channels.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for education programs, generate qualified leads, manage Google and Meta advertising budgets, optimize conversion funnels, track campaign ROI, collaborate with sales and academic teams, and mentor social media and content staff.

Assist with recruitment sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave management, college recruitment drives, employee engagement, HR communications, and HR reporting. The role provides hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment while supporting daily administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
