Supports the Training and Placement team by coordinating placement drives, interviews, recruitment activities, and student communications. Responsibilities include researching potential employers, contacting HRs and recruiters, maintaining company and student databases, tracking placement documentation, following up on openings and feedback, organizing recruitment events, and preparing reports. The role requires strong communication, coordination, follow-up, organizational, and networking skills, with an interest in HR, corporate relations, or placement operations.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid advertising, SEO, social media, email, and content channels. Manage and optimize campaigns, analyze performance using marketing analytics tools, track KPIs, produce actionable reports, conduct market and competitor research, improve website performance, and collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products and services, answer customer questions, generate leads, convert prospects into sales opportunities, maintain customer interaction records, meet call and sales targets, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
