Lead branch clinical execution and quality for home health: provide direct clinical guidance, coach and develop field clinicians, oversee care coordination and compliance, prevent rehospitalizations, and serve as escalation leader for high-risk patients and incidents.

The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, managing accounts, and leveraging data to drive new patient admissions in home health.

Manage relationships with hospital case managers and drive new patient admissions while analyzing market data to prioritize accounts. Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, especially in home health, with existing relationships in clinical settings.
