Own and grow a defined territory as a player-coach: manage a personal book of accounts, coach 2–5 sales reps, build facility relationships with discharge planners and case managers, run weekly pipeline and performance cadences, and drive quarter-over-quarter admission growth using data-driven territory plans.

Lead branch clinical execution and quality for home health: provide direct clinical guidance, coach and develop field clinicians, oversee care coordination and compliance, prevent rehospitalizations, and serve as escalation leader for high-risk patients and incidents.

Provide skilled home health nursing including comprehensive in-home assessments, wound care and infusion therapy, medication administration, care planning, documentation in Homecare Homebase, coordination with physicians and caregivers, and supervision of LVNs and HHAs. Participate in case conferences and in-services, travel between patient homes, and meet productivity targets.
