Own and grow a defined home health sales territory while managing a personal account portfolio and coaching 2–5 sales representatives. Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leaders to drive referrals and admissions. Execute data-driven territory plans, conduct pipeline reviews, track performance metrics, develop reps through coaching and ride-alongs, and report insights to the Regional Sales Manager. The role offers a path to Regional Sales Manager.

Own a Pittsburgh territory, manage 20–30 key accounts, generate home health referrals and admissions, and coach 2–5 sales representatives. Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leaders; execute data-driven territory plans; conduct pipeline reviews; track performance metrics; develop reps through coaching and ride-alongs; and partner with the Regional Sales Manager on market strategy, recruiting, and expansion.

Develops and expands relationships with healthcare referral sources to grow home health referrals. Coordinates transitions from hospitals to home, visits patients before discharge, sets expectations, and supports patient and referral-source satisfaction. Maintains marketing activity records, resolves service issues, follows HIPAA and applicable regulations, and works independently in a mixed remote and in-person environment. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped performance-based commission.
