Build and scale front-end and full-stack features for a SaaS payments platform serving construction companies. Responsibilities include developing React and React Native applications, contributing to a serverless GCP backend, creating scalable software for large data volumes, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, and designing innovative finance and accounting tools.

Serve as the technical champion for SaaS customers by leading onboarding and implementations, troubleshooting data, integration, and API issues, configuring solutions, and driving problems through resolution. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, documentation, and product feedback loops. The role requires strong SQL and data-querying skills, B2B SaaS experience, analytical problem-solving, clear communication, and independent ownership in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
