Execute software QA tests across banking applications, web channels, internal bank interfaces, and accounting systems. Own complex production incidents end to end in a mission-critical banking environment. Investigate distributed systems using logs, monitoring, traces, metrics, databases, APIs, and transaction flows; determine root causes; coordinate engineering stakeholders; communicate findings and risks to senior management; assign actions; and verify full recovery. The role requires strong troubleshooting, systems thinking, technical investigation, incident leadership, and clear communication across technical and business teams.

The Infrastructure Engineer will design and build infrastructure workflows using Kubernetes, develop automation in Go or Python, and improve developer workflows.
