Execute software QA tests across banking applications, web channels, internal bank interfaces, and accounting systems. The role emphasizes reliability, precision, performance, cloud platforms, AI, and event streaming in a regulated financial environment.

Own complex production incidents end to end in a mission-critical banking environment. Investigate distributed systems using logs, monitoring, traces, metrics, databases, APIs, and transaction flows; determine root causes; coordinate engineering stakeholders; communicate findings and risks to senior management; assign actions; and verify full recovery. The role requires strong troubleshooting, systems thinking, technical investigation, incident leadership, and clear communication across technical and business teams.
