Execute software QA tests across banking applications, web channels, internal bank interfaces, and accounting systems. Build test scenarios from product documentation, perform API, backend, load, and performance testing, and document and investigate results. Prepare test documents and summary reports, collaborate with product development and R&D teams, and support consistent project execution. Basic test automation knowledge is advantageous.

Design, implement, validate, and maintain Python-based financial logic and testing infrastructure for a core banking platform. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews; clarify ambiguous requirements; promote engineering quality; collaborate cross-functionally; and troubleshoot issues independently and with the team. The role emphasizes reliability, precision, performance, cloud platforms, AI, and event streaming in a regulated financial environment.

Own complex production incidents end to end in a mission-critical banking environment. Investigate distributed systems using logs, monitoring, traces, metrics, databases, APIs, and transaction flows; determine root causes; coordinate engineering stakeholders; communicate findings and risks to senior management; assign actions; and verify full recovery. The role requires strong troubleshooting, systems thinking, technical investigation, incident leadership, and clear communication across technical and business teams.
