Teams at Finto

Own the end-to-end architecture and implementation of SAP integrations for Finto’s AI platform. Design repeatable data flows across SAP variants using OData, IDocs, BAPI/RFC, BTP/CPI, and file-based methods. Build connector tooling, translate SAP FI/MM processes into specifications, write production TypeScript and Node.js code, and advise customers and prospects. Establish scalable SAP rollout standards while collaborating closely with engineering, customer IT teams, the CTO, and founding team.

Lead enterprise customer onboarding and adoption of AI-powered automation, redesign workflows, train users, and act as a liaison between customers and product teams.

Work directly with the CEO on GTM, sales support, recruiting operations, and internal processes. Own candidate sourcing, assist enterprise outreach and messaging, and help build scalable operational structures in a fast-paced startup.
