Lead enterprise customer onboarding and adoption of AI-powered automation, redesign workflows, train users, and act as a liaison between customers and product teams.

Work directly with the CEO on GTM, sales support, recruiting operations, and internal processes. Own candidate sourcing, assist enterprise outreach and messaging, and help build scalable operational structures in a fast-paced startup.

The Tech Lead will oversee the technical direction and architecture of Finto's AI-powered finance platform, mentor engineers, and drive the technical roadmap while actively participating in coding and feature development.
