Leads enterprise data engineering, database operations, pipeline architecture, data governance, security, compliance, and AI data foundations. Manages data engineers and database administrators, oversees cloud-native platforms including Databricks, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Druid, and chairs the Data Governance Council. Establishes data quality, lineage, access control, security, regulatory, and data contract practices while partnering with executive, legal, compliance, infrastructure, and product stakeholders.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Assess prospect fit, schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, meet lead and meeting quotas, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to improve messaging and share customer insights.

Sell and upgrade subscription-based services to small and midsize business retailers through lead prospecting, qualification, phone and virtual demos, consultative discovery, relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing. The role also processes sales agreements, develops referral partnerships, participates in marketing programs, and maintains pipeline and performance reporting. It requires at least two years of B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency, strong communication, objection handling, and quota-driven performance.
