Designs and operates security controls for payment infrastructure, APIs, cloud environments, and enterprise systems. Responsibilities include security monitoring, threat hunting, vulnerability assessment, incident response, network and application security engineering, identity management, compliance support, secure code review, threat modeling, and security automation. The role also partners with product, engineering, sales, and customers to communicate security capabilities, support assessments, and develop marketable security features.

Provides primary client support through phone and email, resolves complex issues, processes invoices, bank account changes, and payment returns, and documents and escalates client requests. Educates clients on products and processes, maintains policy knowledge, supports SOP and training documentation, and recommends system and process improvements. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, Windows and office software proficiency, and basic database knowledge.

Designs, builds, and maintains enterprise data APIs using .NET; architects scalable API and database solutions; integrates MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, and Kafka; documents APIs with OpenAPI; supports API catalog and developer portal initiatives; advances AI-assisted development; troubleshoots production systems with Grafana; remediates vulnerabilities using SAST, DAST, and OWASP practices; and coordinates requirements, estimates, and delivery planning across teams.
