Lead design and delivery of an end-to-end AI platform (orchestration, LLM gateway, vector stores) to embed responsible, auditable AI across workflows. Champion model validation, risk controls, privacy-by-design, vendor due diligence, standards compliance (ISO 42001, NIST), MLOps/DevSecOps, and monitoring for enterprise-scale LLM solutions.

Build, integrate, test and operate production AI services and copilots, implement LLM Gateway/MCP integrations, prepare and version datasets, enforce privacy/responsible-AI controls, instrument monitoring, support MLOps pipelines, document components, and collaborate within an agile team.

Lead organizational adoption of AI by translating technical capabilities into practical workflows: develop adoption roadmap, design training and enablement content, build champions network, source and prioritize use cases, measure adoption, embed responsible-AI practices, and partner with stakeholders to drive sustained AI-augmented productivity.

Lead enterprise AI architecture and team to design, deliver, and govern an end-to-end AI platform (orchestration, unified LLM gateway, vector stores). Own AI strategy, standards, model-risk governance, vendor due diligence, privacy-by-design, MLOps/DevSecOps, monitoring, and transition criteria for AI-in-loop while managing budget and stakeholder governance.

Lead platform and engineering improvements across DevOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and AI enablement. Assess current maturity, define priorities, design and execute transformation initiatives, implement governed AI frameworks, measure engineering performance, and mentor teams to embed sustainable standards and governance.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and scalable backend services. Develop and optimize ML/DL models, integrate LLMs, implement RAG and AI agents, evaluate model performance, and apply AI governance and security best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design and deliver secure, scalable card payment solutions across issuing, acquiring, and payment processing. Lead certifications (host, white plastic, wallets, terminals), integrate vendor partners, ensure compliance with Visa/MasterCard/UPI/JCB mandates, and collaborate with architects, risk, and security teams for timely agile delivery and lifecycle support.

Plan and execute functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and usability tests for web applications and APIs. Create and maintain test cases and QA documentation, log and track defects with replication steps, validate integrations and performance, collaborate with developers and product teams, participate in sprint planning and release sign-offs, and improve QA processes.
