Acquire new clients, assess financial needs, present investment solutions, and manage client relationships. Lead and mentor financial advisors or relationship managers while ensuring performance and service standards. Provide personalized financial planning, investment, and wealth management guidance; monitor portfolios and financial data; track market and regulatory developments; and represent Finnovate at client meetings, conferences, and industry forums.

Generate and qualify prospective corporate leads through online and offline channels. Conduct research, cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to create sales meetings. Manage leads throughout the pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, nurture potential clients, and provide lead insights supporting business development initiatives.

Manage daily wealth management operations across mutual fund purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, BSE transactions, KYC, onboarding, documentation, reconciliation, and client servicing. Resolve client and internal queries, coordinate with AMCs, BSE, RTAs, and other partners, track pending issues, maintain records and audit trails, prepare MIS reports, and ensure transactions comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
