Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns, including banners, thumbnails, carousels, infographics, and marketing creatives.

• Develop creatives for internal and external communication while maintaining Finnovate’s brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and overall design consistency.

• Adapt designs into different formats and sizes as required across digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Use AI tools for image generation, ideation, creative enhancement, and improving design workflows and turnaround time.

• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and creative best practices .

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

• Good understanding of social media design and digital content.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and working through multiple iterations.

• Creative, collaborative, and practical approach to work.

Tools expected:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Canva

• AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off)

Skills Required

2-4 years of relevant graphic design experience
Understanding of social media design and digital content
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines
Comfort receiving feedback and completing multiple design iterations
Creative, collaborative, and practical approach
Experience with Adobe Photoshop
Experience with Adobe Illustrator
Experience with Canva
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly
