Own and execute integrated digital performance marketing campaigns across paid and inbound channels. Develop creatives, optimize spend, analyze customer journeys and marketing KPIs, run campaign experiments, and improve ROI. Collaborate with stakeholders and data analysts to build performance dashboards and drive continual media efficiency improvements.

Leads Finnomena’s people strategy and oversees HR, IT infrastructure, and procurement. Responsibilities include people operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, employee engagement, culture building, compliance, workforce planning, succession planning, and board-level people matters. Acts as a strategic advisor to leadership and supports Nomination and Remuneration Committee activities.

Creates investment and financial content across articles, social media, websites, videos, presentations, and other digital platforms. Develops content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and client briefs; monitors finance trends; collaborates with investment, marketing, production, and agency teams; edits third-party and internal content; and mentors fellow content creators.
