The Equipment Sales Representative sells equipment and services, achieves revenue targets, builds customer relationships, and resolves product issues while maintaining data accuracy.

Provide on-site technical support and data analysis for mining equipment to improve reliability and performance. Investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, produce fleet and KPI reports, support condition monitoring, manage service updates, and collaborate with customers, branch operations, and Caterpillar to drive process and product improvements.

Inspect, diagnose, disassemble, rebuild and test diesel engines, transmissions and components in the Component Rebuild Centre test cell. Produce parts lists, carry out overhauls and repairs to OEM/Finning standards, re-install or repair parts, and verify completed units meet performance and safety expectations. Maintain machine availability, quality, and safe working area.
