Provides clinical leadership for ABA services by supervising and mentoring BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs; reviewing assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and outcomes; supporting staff development; ensuring ethical, HIPAA, payer, and organizational compliance; collaborating with families and providers; and contributing to clinical quality improvement. Maintains a manageable caseload and travels locally as needed.

Lead clinical quality by auditing cases, coaching BCBAs, developing QA systems, transforming audit findings into improvements, delivering CEU trainings, and integrating ACT into supervision and leadership to support clinician growth and client outcomes.

Own full-cycle, multi-state payroll for more than 1,000 employees using Rippling. Manage payroll tax accounts, filings, notices, reconciliations, audits, benefits, 401(k), workers’ compensation, year-end reporting, and payroll accounting. Serve as Rippling system owner, maintain payroll documentation, and build AI-enabled automation for payroll support, reporting, agency notices, and audit preparation.
