Lead top-of-funnel content for finmid: own strategy and calendar, produce short-form founder-led videos, ghostwrite and prep founders, turn customer stories into sales assets, coordinate PR and agencies, repurpose content for web and outreach, and measure attribution to drive pipeline. Weekly filming in Berlin and direct collaboration with founders.

Lead end-to-end product for merchant financing: own eligibility, offers, acceptance, payout, renewal, and pricing. Translate company strategy into six-month product plans, run experiments on funnels and pricing, expand into new platforms/countries/use cases, coordinate cross-functional launches, and ensure data-driven discovery and delivery.

As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you'll optimize operational processes, support revenue efforts, collaborate with teams, and conduct market research.
