Own and evolve finmid’s platform infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, internal platforms, and data and AI integrations. The role involves designing systems, managing production end to end, responding to incidents, improving security and observability, evaluating tools, and partnering with product and business teams to improve delivery speed.

Partner with Product, Commercial, and Investor teams to own forecasting, financial analysis, capital markets support, reporting, and cross-functional projects. Improve financial processes, prepare Board materials, and deliver ad hoc analysis to support senior leadership and strategic decisions.

Lead end-to-end product for merchant financing: own eligibility, offers, acceptance, payout, renewal, and pricing. Translate company strategy into six-month product plans, run experiments on funnels and pricing, expand into new platforms/countries/use cases, coordinate cross-functional launches, and ensure data-driven discovery and delivery.
