Act as primary commercial legal contact for product and commercial teams: draft and negotiate platform, borrower, and supplier contracts; design scalable contract workflows, clause libraries, and AI-assisted tooling; manage vendor procurement and regulatory-embedded clauses (GDPR, DORA, outsourcing); embed legal frameworks into product roadmaps and automate contract lifecycle processes to enable rapid, repeatable contracting across jurisdictions.

As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you'll optimize operational processes, support revenue efforts, collaborate with teams, and conduct market research.
