Leads workforce development, career services, and career-connected experiential learning programs at a community college. Develops employer and community partnerships, oversees internships, apprenticeships, and customized training, conducts labor market analysis, supports student career outcomes, supervises staff, manages budgets and grants, ensures regulatory compliance, and evaluates program effectiveness. Occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be required.

Recruits prospective students for Career and Technical Education programs through college fairs, high school visits, community events, and direct inquiries. Advises students and families on admissions, enrollment, financial aid, policies, and selective program requirements. Reviews transcripts and test scores, supports applicant selection, maintains student records in college systems, and assists with admissions office coverage and data entry. The part-time role requires evening and weekend availability, overnight travel, and a valid New York driver's license.

Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and classroom technology; respond to helpdesk tickets; configure and manage devices using MDM tools; troubleshoot classroom AV and collaboration tools; support loaner device program, inventory tracking, scripting automation, and assist faculty with instructional technology.

Supervise students and support faculty in the nursing simulation laboratory: prepare and maintain simulation environments and computer medication carts, manage AV/multimedia and lab equipment, maintain inventory and ordering, assist with accreditation and administrative tasks, and provide one-on-one skill reinforcement and orientation for students and faculty.
