Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and classroom technology; respond to helpdesk tickets; configure and manage devices using MDM tools; troubleshoot classroom AV and collaboration tools; support loaner device program, inventory tracking, scripting automation, and assist faculty with instructional technology.

Coordinate development, placement, evaluation, and database management of applied learning and internship experiences. Serve as liaison for program advisory committees, organize meetings, track outcomes, support Nursing and Social Sciences placements, and represent the college at SUNY events.

Lead assessment and implementation of AI across library operations and curricula, develop and coordinate OER/Zero Cost Degree initiatives, provide faculty development and consultation, manage OER grants and staff, and teach information literacy with emphasis on responsible AI practices.

Supervise students and support faculty in the nursing simulation laboratory: prepare and maintain simulation environments and computer medication carts, manage AV/multimedia and lab equipment, maintain inventory and ordering, assist with accreditation and administrative tasks, and provide one-on-one skill reinforcement and orientation for students and faculty.

Lead and manage a centralized One Stop enrollment services center and call center, coordinating admissions, financial aid, records, and advising. Oversee staff supervision, training, scheduling, budget development, document imaging and contact-center systems, and collaborate with campus centers and college stakeholders to ensure efficient, customer-focused enrollment services.

Provide reference services, circulation assistance, and information literacy instruction to students, faculty, staff, and the public. Teach library instruction classes using presentation software and web resources, work collaboratively, and perform assigned projects and duties including some evening and weekend hours.

Provide career counseling, assessments, employer relations, and job-search programming for students, alumni, and community members. Plan career fairs, coordinate on-campus recruiting, develop workshops, maintain career resources and data, and collaborate with academic departments to support student career development and retention.

Provide DEI programming, advisement, and oversight for student populations and organizations; develop and assess DEI initiatives and marketing; coordinate at least 10 annual programs; mentor underrepresented students; manage program budgets and collaborate with campus stakeholders under the Chief Diversity Officer.

Plan, coordinate, supervise and deliver non-credit custom training programs for businesses and industry. Hire and oversee trainers, develop courses and evaluations, manage budgets and contracts, promote courses and handle registrations, maintain state reports, build partnerships, and adapt programs to local workforce needs.
