Provides expertise and guidance on Universal Design for Learning, accessibility, inclusive pedagogy, and instructional design. Collaborates with faculty, staff, instructional designers, and academic leaders to create accessible course materials and learning experiences across online, hybrid, HyFlex, and in-person settings. Develops professional development workshops, evaluates UDL effectiveness using data and feedback, supports assistive technology integration, and ensures compliance with ADA, Section 504, Section 508, and institutional accessibility standards.

Coordinates college-wide applied learning opportunities, internships, student placements, and program advisory committees. Maintains experiential learning databases, supports faculty and industry partnerships, organizes advisory meetings and related events, tracks outcomes, and helps ensure curriculum alignment with employer recommendations. Delivers presentations on applied learning and career exploration, collaborates with Career Services and academic departments, represents the college at SUNY conferences, and supports ongoing stakeholder relationships.

Provides comprehensive enrollment support to students and families across admissions, financial aid, advising, records, accounts, and transfer services. Administers the college’s AI student services platform by maintaining its knowledge base, reviewing response quality, analyzing usage, coordinating updates, and supporting responsible AI implementation. Organizes enrollment events, trains students and staff on technology, supervises work-study students, supports process improvement, and assumes One Stop Director responsibilities when needed. Evening, weekend, and campus-center work is required.
