Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and classroom technology; respond to helpdesk tickets; configure and manage devices using MDM tools; troubleshoot classroom AV and collaboration tools; support loaner device program, inventory tracking, scripting automation, and assist faculty with instructional technology.

Coordinate development, placement, evaluation, and database management of applied learning and internship experiences. Serve as liaison for program advisory committees, organize meetings, track outcomes, support Nursing and Social Sciences placements, and represent the college at SUNY events.

Lead assessment and implementation of AI across library operations and curricula, develop and coordinate OER/Zero Cost Degree initiatives, provide faculty development and consultation, manage OER grants and staff, and teach information literacy with emphasis on responsible AI practices.
