Supports academic advising and transfer services registration operations, including coordinating new student registration events, scheduling appointments, checking in visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, logging students into Starfish, proctoring placement tests, reviewing transcripts, and assisting with transfer services events.

Recruits prospective students for Career and Technical Education programs through college fairs, high school visits, community events, and direct inquiries. Advises students and families on admissions, enrollment, financial aid, policies, and selective program requirements. Reviews transcripts and test scores, supports applicant selection, maintains student records in college systems, and assists with admissions office coverage and data entry. The part-time role requires evening and weekend availability, overnight travel, and a valid New York driver's license.

Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and classroom technology; respond to helpdesk tickets; configure and manage devices using MDM tools; troubleshoot classroom AV and collaboration tools; support loaner device program, inventory tracking, scripting automation, and assist faculty with instructional technology.
