The role involves supporting sales through industry research, lead qualification, identifying decision makers, and setting meetings.

Own and improve CRM data quality, lead routing, enrichment, and workflow automation. Connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue through attribution and reporting. Partner with Sales on lead/account handoffs and lead CRM and marketing technology improvements and implementations.

Manage the lifecycle of waste and recycling client programs, audit invoices, track recoveries and credits, identify optimization opportunities, manage supplier and client renewals, resolve service issues, and ensure projected savings are met.
