Operate and troubleshoot production lines, coach and lead shift members, monitor and adjust process parameters, perform minor maintenance, ensure safety/5S compliance, prepare daily production and quality reports, and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to minimize downtime.

Support category marketing by assisting with annual brand plans, marketing support activities, product development input, product launch tracking, performance data collection and analysis, promotional planning, and ensuring all category marketing aligns with the Nuqul Group brand image.

Lead territory sales to achieve monthly volume/value targets and KPIs. Manage distributor relationships, shelf presence, POSM placement, activations quality, competitive monitoring, and new outlet prospecting. Train and supervise sales reps, conduct daily market visits, and report obstacles with proposed solutions.

Manage end-to-end procurement for local and overseas medium-criticality materials and services: request intake, supplier sourcing, bid management, proposal evaluation, contract administration, invoice coordination, supplier performance monitoring, market research, procurement data management, and compliance with policies and HSE procedures.

Develops and executes annual and channel marketing plans for a product category, supports product development and launches, monitors performance and competitors, leads and develops the category team, manages partner and customer relationships, and implements health and safety policies.

Lead and supervise site quality activities: plan and run internal/external audits, manage NCRs and customer complaints, perform gap and root-cause analyses, implement QA plans, supplier approval audits, document control, training coordination, and ensure product traceability and certification compliance.

Improve warehouse productivity and efficiency by identifying and eliminating material handling, inventory, equipment, and process losses. Establish and standardize warehouse processes, monitor performance using RTT DMSs, analyze data, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, service, and productivity, and work cross-functionally to sustain improvements.

Drive new business and manage assigned customer accounts via in-person visits and telesales. Maintain Salesforce records and attach proposals/contracts. Process orders, apply discounts, enforce credit policy, ensure deliveries meet SLA, manage collections, resolve payment and complaint issues, perform market research, report daily sales and forecast SKU-level sales.

Manage daily order and shipping operations including backorder follow-up, picking and allocation, distributor order tracking, pricing and promotion checks, commission handling, and sales vs. forecast performance analysis. Prepare and send SKU files to Sales and Distribution and produce daily, weekly, and monthly item-performance reports.

Record and process third-party ledger and booking entries, manage accounts payable, prepare financial and statistical reports, reconcile third-party accounts, investigate and correct data anomalies, maintain financial files, ensure legislative compliance, and advise business areas on financial performance.
