Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of manufacturing processes in a high-volume FMCG environment. Analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve efficiency, product quality, cost performance, reliability, and operational consistency.

Supports existing customers with monthly orders, Salesforce updates, pricing and contract verification, order processing, credit holds, delivery tracking, and SLA adherence. Maintains customer records and contracts, prepares sales and inventory reports, monitors orders and stock, and handles customer complaints. Coordinates with sales, credit, distribution, and management teams to resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and implement revised orders when products or agreements change.

Leads business development and sales performance by setting targets, developing strategies, managing forecasts, pricing, portfolios, profitability, customer relationships, collections, and team KPIs. Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates sales staff while ensuring customer satisfaction, growth, and alignment with company objectives. Also supports health and safety policy implementation and escalates unresolved payment issues to legal.
