Lead and manage the full contract lifecycle: draft, negotiate, review, and execute commercial and vendor agreements. Ensure contract compliance, mitigate legal and business risk, partner with internal stakeholders, and improve contracting processes and templates.

Lead scoping, documentation, and execution of technology and marketplace supplier partnerships. Manage integration project plans, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, resolve partner roadblocks, and optimize onboarding, configuration, and enablement materials. Track performance metrics and support operational workflows for marketplace fulfillment while enabling Sales and Customer Success through training and robust process documentation.
