Owns the onsite reception and workplace experience, including visitor and candidate hospitality, badging compliance, mail and shipping logistics, kitchen and catering operations, conference room readiness, facilities coordination, administrative ticketing, and support for company events. The role requires daily onsite work, strong organization, customer service, communication, and office operations skills.

Lead and grow a team of Customer and Community Success Managers, serve as executive sponsor for key clients, manage renewals/expansion, mitigate risks and escalations, oversee onboarding and adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes and staff development.

Verify and maintain social service program listings, research and add new resources, respond to user tickets, use internal curation tools, and collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and platform support.
