As Head of Marketing, you will lead Finary's growth strategies, build a strong brand, and assemble a high-performing marketing team. You will collaborate with the CEO and leadership to align marketing with product and business strategies, aiming to expand Finary's influence in the wealth management sector.

Lead the FP&A function reporting to the CEO: build and maintain a driver-based 3-statement model, own budget and rolling reforecast, run monthly close and cash cadence, build unit-economics and cohort dashboards (CAC, LTV, payback), partner with product and business leads, define finance tooling, methodology and hiring for scale.

Lead engineering end-to-end for web, mobile, and backend (30 engineers). Drive an AI-native transformation, ship AI-powered products (autonomous agents, personalized guidance), set long-term technical vision, own hiring, architecture, delivery, and quality, and partner with Product, Data, and Ops to scale the organization and engineering brand.
