Builds client relationships, develops customized strategies involving investments, taxes, insurance, and retirement income, and presents at educational retirement seminars. Follows up with company-generated prospects, conducts ongoing client reviews, maintains documentation, complies with regulations, and helps establish the company's new Okemos location.

Develop insurance quotes, manage the sales pipeline, service existing clients, resolve customer issues, maintain records, explain insurance products, and build strong customer relationships. The role covers auto, home, life, and health insurance and includes employer-paid licensing support.

Own day-to-day digital marketing execution, including paid advertising, lead funnels, retargeting, conversion tracking, SEO, analytics, landing-page optimization, and A/B testing. Analyze campaign performance from advertising spend through clients, improve lead quality and acquisition costs, troubleshoot tracking, and connect marketing data to appointments and client outcomes. The role works with the Marketing Director and internal team in an in-office setting.
