Lead benefits and value management for AI initiatives: define measurable outcomes, shape PoCs, track and validate benefits, drive organisation-wide engagement and communications, build communities of practice, capture and triage ideas, and continuously improve how the FCA realises value from AI.

Supervise and assess cryptoasset and payments firms for regulatory compliance, identify emerging risks, and take action to protect consumers and market integrity. Collaborate with internal teams (Authorisations, Policy, Enforcement) and external partners (law enforcement, regulators) on cross-border risks and supervisory strategies. Draft communications, build stakeholder relationships, support regulatory interventions, and contribute to development of the crypto regulatory framework.

Provide high-quality executive support to the Director of Change and senior leadership: manage diary and sensitive communications, prepare briefings and presentations, coordinate follow-up actions, build stakeholder relationships across the FCA, and prioritise competing demands within a fast-paced, regulated public-sector environment.
