Provide operational support across governance, risk, controls, quality assurance, and business improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to identify issues and themes, track and own actions, support governance forums, prepare updates and papers, and help teams identify and manage operational risks proportionately to improve processes and outcomes.

Serve as an independent, appointed Panel member representing consumer and small-business interests to the FCA. Provide strategic advice, challenge policy proposals, lead on topic areas (mortgages, retail investments, or retail insurance), contribute to consultations, attend twice-monthly meetings, maintain subject-matter expertise, and commit at least 35 days per year. Role requires strong consumer advocacy, policy experience, analytical and communication skills, UK right-to-work, and passing due diligence and SC-level security vetting.

Lead and develop a Business Change team, oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, provide assurance, coordinate interdependencies, engage stakeholders, use data to prioritise and improve approaches, champion change standards and capability building, and ensure effective adoption of technology-enabled organisational change.
