Serve as a fractional Client CFO for 2-3 distressed DTC/CPG brands, leading cash management, 13-week forecasting, lender/creditor negotiations, restructuring strategy, scenario modeling, and board/investor communications. Build repeatable tools, KPI dashboards, and playbooks; partner with accounting to ensure reporting integrity during high-pressure turnarounds.

Lead a pod of accounting managers and bookkeepers supporting e-commerce clients. Ensure timely month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, inventory accuracy, AR/AP and payroll reviews, SOP development, team training, client escalations, and budget management for assigned client portfolio.

Manage month-end close and financial reporting for multiple clients, prepare and present monthly financial packages, reconcile bank/payment accounts, oversee AR/AP (including Bill.com), handle payroll, inventory accounting and cash flow projections, and provide accounting consulting and financial analysis for e-commerce and CPG clients.

Lead a pod of accounting managers and bookkeepers for e-commerce clients, ensure timely month-end close and financial reporting, review reconciliations (including inventory, AR, AP, payroll), oversee client communications, develop SOPs and training, manage budgets, and ensure quality control of deliverables.

Lead a pod supporting multiple e-commerce clients: oversee month-end close, review financial and accounting packages, reconcile balance sheet and inventory, review AR/AP/payroll, deliver KPIs and dashboards, develop SOPs, train and supervise staff, drive automations/AI enablement, manage pod budget and client communications.
