Manage month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow projections, account reconciliations, inventory, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, budgeting, and client financial packages. Serve as an accounting consultant to multiple clients, provide financial analysis and profitability reporting, support audits and special projects, and communicate financial performance and cash position to clients.

Oversee a pod of accounting professionals and client accounts, ensuring accurate month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, inventory accounting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and quality control. Serve as a client escalation point, supervise and train staff, manage pod budgets, develop procedures, and support client communications. The role requires strong full-cycle accounting, e-commerce, multi-client, leadership, QBO, Excel, and financial analysis experience.

Build and maintain FP&A models, forecasts, budgets, cash flows, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses for 4–8 e-commerce and CPG clients. The role supports financial planning, reporting, due diligence, strategic initiatives, and client decision-making while ensuring alignment between operational analysis and accounting records. Candidates need e-commerce or CPG experience, strong financial modeling and cash forecasting skills, accounting knowledge, advanced spreadsheet capabilities, and the ability to communicate insights to senior management.
