Lead finance across a portfolio of 5-7 clients: own P&L, cashflow and balance sheet, run budgeting/forecasting and scenario planning, build financial models for fundraising/M&A, manage AP/AR/payroll/VAT operations, coach 2-3 direct reports, drive systems/process improvements and act as a trusted finance advisor to founders.

Provide fractional CFO leadership to startups and scale-ups: lead fundraising, exits, due diligence, budgeting, cashflow, forecasting, financial analysis, risk mitigation, and strategic planning while embedding with executive teams across a small portfolio.

As a fin-lead, you'll transform finance functions, partner strategically with clients, lead budgeting, and manage client communication and relationships across a diverse portfolio. You'll drive change management projects to support growth and efficiency.

As a fin-manager, you will oversee finance operations, transform processes, manage budgeting, report insights, and build relationships with clients across different industries.
