Onboard, train, and service wholesale broker partners; answer loan scenario and guideline questions; coordinate with underwriting and closings; provide product/guideline training and proactive account support; maintain industry knowledge and nurture broker relationships to ensure timely, high-quality broker and customer experiences.

Manage rate locks and loan pipeline, coordinate warehouse wire requests, analyze pricing scenarios to maximize profitability and compliance, monitor warehouse capacity, produce production/SLA reporting, and provide ad-hoc analysis for senior management.

Drive wholesale mortgage broker acquisition and growth by signing qualified third-party originators, providing pricing/product training, and supporting accounts as liaison to operations. Maintain high customer service and professional ethics while collaborating with internal teams to increase closed loan volume across conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR and Non-QM products.
