Manage credit risk strategies for HELOC and secured lending portfolios. Refine underwriting policies, analyze loan performance and credit losses, develop valuation and predictive models, identify customer segments, and design portfolio monitoring frameworks. Builds scalable automation and control frameworks for new token launches, manages custodians and exchanges, and reports digital asset positions, flows, and exposures to executives, the board, and auditors.

Leads workforce management forecasting and capacity planning for a contact center. Analyzes historical performance, volume trends, seasonality, staffing deviations, service targets, and forecast variances. Provides operational recommendations, documents procedures, supports process improvements, and serves as a subject matter expert on forecasting tools and techniques. The role requires collaboration across teams, adherence to financial-services regulations and security policies, and maintaining staffing levels aligned with demand and SLAs.

Directs treasury and financial operations for a fintech company, including funds-flow design, payment infrastructure, wire and ACH execution, cash reconciliations, remittance reporting, workflow automation, and SOX-compliant controls. Coordinates analyst workloads, mentors team members, improves operational efficiency, communicates across leadership levels, and supports capital raising and investor engagement initiatives.

Own end-to-end HELOC post-close operations including recording deeds, processing Assignments of Mortgage and POAs, managing vendor workflows (DART/MERS), resolving lien and recording exceptions, supporting FNMA delivery, and improving post-close processes while providing internal and external customer support.
