Build automations, guidance, AI-assisted support workflows, and learning materials that reduce repetitive work and improve time to value. Measure customer adoption and iterate on programs while collaborating with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and the CTO.

Own the company’s growth strategy and go-to-market plan, identifying priority customers, markets, use cases, positioning, and channels. Lead experimentation across demand generation, sales, product, and customer success; connect activity to pipeline, revenue, and acquisition efficiency. Build the growth function, establish review processes, guide budget and hiring decisions, and help scale repeatable approaches for winning enterprise B2B software customers.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales across North America, sourcing and closing $250,000–$400,000+ ACV deals with institutional real estate customers. Build self-generated pipeline, manage C-level multi-stakeholder sales cycles, conduct consultative demonstrations with pre-sales, and navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews. Develop the sales playbook, influence product strategy, create customer references, and contribute to pricing and go-to-market decisions.

Architect and implement scalable generative AI solutions for enterprise document workflows. Own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with product and commercial teams, build extraction and automation features, ensure privacy and security by design, mentor engineers, and drive customer adoption of core platform capabilities.
