Own full-cycle enterprise sales across North America, sourcing and closing $250,000–$400,000+ ACV deals with institutional real estate customers. Build self-generated pipeline, manage C-level multi-stakeholder sales cycles, conduct consultative demonstrations with pre-sales, and navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews. Develop the sales playbook, influence product strategy, create customer references, and contribute to pricing and go-to-market decisions.

Architect and implement scalable generative AI solutions for enterprise document workflows. Own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with product and commercial teams, build extraction and automation features, ensure privacy and security by design, mentor engineers, and drive customer adoption of core platform capabilities.

Build and maintain prospect-specific demo environments, load and test customer documents, run live demos, draft security questionnaires and RFP responses, create proof-of-value scripts and accuracy comparisons, keep demo runbooks and competitive notes current, and hand off won deals to implementation. Travel occasionally (up to 10%).
