Own and grow enterprise customer accounts across investment banking, asset management, and real estate. Drive product adoption by building workflows, configuring integrations, teaching users, managing expectations, and resolving adoption challenges. Serve as the customer and product liaison while identifying renewal and expansion opportunities. The role is remote within the US, requires on-site customer work one week in four, and involves frequent collaboration with technical and executive stakeholders.

Help customers adopt and consistently use an AI software product through onboarding, support, training, troubleshooting, release communications, and adoption programs. Build automations, guidance, AI-assisted support workflows, and learning materials that reduce repetitive work and improve time to value. Measure customer adoption and iterate on programs while collaborating with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and the CTO.

Own the company’s growth strategy and go-to-market plan, identifying priority customers, markets, use cases, positioning, and channels. Lead experimentation across demand generation, sales, product, and customer success; connect activity to pipeline, revenue, and acquisition efficiency. Build the growth function, establish review processes, guide budget and hiring decisions, and help scale repeatable approaches for winning enterprise B2B software customers.
