Maintains proposal, consultant, and opportunities databases; responds to consultant inquiries; supports content governance and peer reviews; and partners with investment specialists to communicate strategies clearly. Supports fundraising and investor relations for Fiera Capital’s private corporate debt platform. Responsibilities include researching prospective investors, preparing RFPs and marketing materials, coordinating diligence and fundraising projects, managing client servicing, producing portfolio analytics and quarterly reports, organizing investor meetings and conferences, maintaining data rooms, and responding to institutional investor inquiries. The role partners with sales, distribution, consultants, and investment teams, with increasing involvement in direct sales over time.

Serve as strategic HR partner to executives across Canada and the US, advising on organization design, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Lead implementation of HR programs, drive succession planning and leadership development, use HR analytics for people strategies, and manage and coach a small HR team to strengthen consulting capabilities and business alignment.

Lead business development for Fiera Capital Private Markets in Canada: develop and execute sales strategy, generate pipeline with institutional and intermediary clients, manage relationships, support cross-selling and due diligence, produce business intelligence and reporting, represent the firm at industry conferences, and collaborate with internal teams to drive capital formation and revenue growth.

Serve high-net-worth clients by building deep relationships, recommending customized multi-asset investment strategies, and growing the Private Wealth business.
