Supports portfolio administration across investment mandates by calculating cash balances, reconciling cash, transactions, and positions, entering transactions, resolving discrepancies, preparing reports, and maintaining data accuracy. The role collaborates with portfolio managers, traders, custodians, counterparties, auditors, and service providers. It also contributes to process improvements, system testing, special projects, and service-level governance. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant portfolio operations or reconciliation experience and is hybrid with four in-office days weekly.

Supports fair value determination, financial modeling, performance measurement, investor reporting, valuation audits, and fundraising analyses for private investments. Develops dashboards, automated reporting templates, validation controls, and AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Copilot. Collaborates with investment, finance, investor relations, auditors, and external valuation specialists while enhancing governance, reporting quality, and operational processes.

Provides personalized service to private wealth clients, supports portfolio management and investment transactions, assists with client onboarding and account maintenance, prepares investment policy statements and reporting packages, coordinates compliance documentation, maintains CRM records, and supports Investment Counsellors with client communications, business development, and administrative tasks.
