Develop and deploy machine learning solutions for construction-site understanding using computer vision, multimodal AI, VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG, and agent architectures. Curate high-quality datasets, optimize models for performance across hardware targets, and build production ML pipelines in the cloud. Own components from design through deployment and monitoring while collaborating in an agile team.

Manage a portfolio of construction-industry customers, guiding Fieldwire deployments, platform configuration, workflow integration, training, demonstrations, and ongoing engagement. Build client relationships, improve product adoption, support account expansion, troubleshoot issues, and communicate customer feedback to the product team. The role requires construction experience, strong communication, organization, presentation, problem-solving, and knowledge of construction processes and project stakeholders.
