Research prospective customers, identify qualified leads, and create outbound phone and email outreach strategies for the outside sales team. Responsibilities include researching accounts and contacts, generating target lists, maintaining prospect engagement, tracking activities in CRM, reporting pipeline insights, and refining outreach based on results. The role collaborates with sales and marketing to improve lead conversion and support new customer acquisition.

Provides HR support for Florence, South Carolina, and Tyler, Texas, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, culture engagement, payroll and benefits support, training, performance management, workers’ compensation coordination, safety participation, and HR reporting. The role advises leaders and employees, manages temporary agency relationships, coordinates events and initiatives, and supports company-wide HR projects. Travel to other locations is required periodically.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, combining customer service and purchasing. Manage inventory/consignment systems, place purchase orders, provide pricing quotes, negotiate supplier pricing, drive account margins and inventory turns, resolve obsolete inventory issues, support outside sales, and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with quality and supply chain.
