Teams at Field Fastener

An 18-month rotational program developing technical expertise in fasteners, materials, fastening applications, quality, engineering, and supply chain. Participants complete training and projects, support internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and gain experience in technical problem-solving, drawings, sourcing, quoting, warehouse operations, and customer support. The program may lead to roles such as Internal Support Engineer, Quality Engineer, Supply Chain Analyst, or Application Engineer.

Provides mechanical and technical support to internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting fastener and application issues, testing, interpreting specifications, supporting production, developing cost-saving or redesign recommendations, delivering technical training and presentations, and using machining and testing equipment. Requires practical mechanical aptitude, customer-facing communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of fasteners and fastening applications. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Research prospective customers, identify qualified leads, and create outbound phone and email outreach strategies for the outside sales team. Responsibilities include researching accounts and contacts, generating target lists, maintaining prospect engagement, tracking activities in CRM, reporting pipeline insights, and refining outreach based on results. The role collaborates with sales and marketing to improve lead conversion and support new customer acquisition.
