Provides HR support for Florence, South Carolina, and Tyler, Texas, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, culture engagement, payroll and benefits support, training, performance management, workers’ compensation coordination, safety participation, and HR reporting. The role advises leaders and employees, manages temporary agency relationships, coordinates events and initiatives, and supports company-wide HR projects. Travel to other locations is required periodically.

The Application Engineer engages in hands-on engineering, customer interaction, and product testing, offering technical solutions to fastening challenges. The role requires strong mechanical engineering knowledge and collaboration with various teams.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, combining customer service and purchasing. Manage inventory/consignment systems, place purchase orders, provide pricing quotes, negotiate supplier pricing, drive account margins and inventory turns, resolve obsolete inventory issues, support outside sales, and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with quality and supply chain.
