Provides technical leadership and full lifecycle ownership for IBM i and Power Systems environments supporting core banking operations. Responsibilities include administration, security, performance, scheduling, backups, replication, high availability, disaster recovery, incident management, automation, documentation, modernization, and team mentorship. The role also supports banking applications, maintenance, after-hours incidents, disaster recovery exercises, and an on-call rotation.

Responsible for managing a sales territory for commercial cards, identifying opportunities, conducting sales calls, and partnering with other departments to meet client needs.

Manage sales territory to identify new commercial card opportunities, perform sales calls, onboard clients, and support bank departments with card products.

Plan, produce, and execute large-scale internal employee events. Manage concepting, site selection, budgets, vendors, setup/breakdown, hospitality, travel, and post-event evaluation.

Lead commercial card product demos and annual business reviews; manage onboarding and implementation; collaborate with internal teams to deliver card and payment solutions; ensure accurate, secure processing and credit approvals; support sales to identify opportunities; provide product support for cards, ACH, wires, sweep accounts, RDC, positive pay, and online banking.

Manage full-service banking relationships for affluent clients, perform account reviews and openings, coordinate treasury contract delivery and onsite product training, support sales calls and special projects, and troubleshoot customer and employee issues.

Manage the bank's Compliance Management Program, oversee regulatory policy implementation, perform risk and compliance assessments, lead fair lending, CRA and examination activities, consult on new products and marketing, and train business units to ensure regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
