Lead voice/video/collaboration implementations, drive cloud connectivity and zero-trust initiatives, monitor and troubleshoot performance with telemetry and packet analysis, partner with security, mentor junior engineers, manage vendor projects, maintain network documentation, and participate in on-call rotations for incident leadership.
