Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktop systems, applications, mobile devices, and peripherals; handle password resets, file restorations, security and network issues; participate in projects, deployments, training, and occasional after-hours/on-call work.

Manage safekeeping and enhanced operations for SBA and USDA guaranteed loans, including receipt registry, payment processing (wire/ACH), client advices and monthly statements, reconciliation of misapplied payments, delinquency research and documentation, and coordination with fiscal/transfer agents and lenders.

Lead the design and execution of client-driven commodity hedging programs for energy lending, providing advice and executing derivatives to stabilize cash flows for clients.
