Collects and analyzes operational data using DMAIC, supports equipment and line commissioning, leads cross-functional training, troubleshoots process issues, and promotes lean manufacturing. Develops automation and prototype applications while using AI and digital tools to improve reporting, documentation, and data-driven decision-making. Maintains safety standards and supports sustainable operational improvements in a food manufacturing environment.

Prepares financial statements, variance analyses, management reports, forecasts, cash-flow projections, financial models, reconciliations, accruals, and audit support. The role monitors internal controls, supports tax and statutory compliance, manages intercompany transactions, and contributes to SAP system improvements while coordinating with IT, supply chain, procurement, sales, and operations teams.

Oversee multi-shift operations at a food processing facility, including production, warehousing, logistics, distribution, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, safety, and continuous improvement. Lead managers and frontline teams, drive productivity and cost savings, support capital planning, and maintain food safety and quality systems compliant with BRC, CFIA, FDA, GMP, HACCP, ISO, GFSI, and OHSA requirements.

Leads quality assurance activities across three manufacturing shifts and manages QA technicians. Oversees HACCP, GMP, BRC, GFSI, internal and external audits, supplier evaluations, corrective actions, risk assessments, root cause analysis, SOPs, food safety training, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing environment.
