The HR Generalist supports human resources programs in a manufacturing environment, including employee relations, performance and attendance management, progressive discipline, recruiting, agency staffing, onboarding, background checks, retention, exit interviews, and compliance. The role advises manufacturing leaders, supports hourly team members, maintains staffing levels, prepares recruiting reports, and helps drive talent development and engagement initiatives. Spanish and English communication skills are required, along with Microsoft Office proficiency.

Lead strategic relationships with major foodservice, restaurant, and coffee chains. Develop multi-year account growth strategies, expand menu share, launch innovative bakery products, and position the company as a strategic supply partner. Serve as the cross-functional leader for customer commercialization initiatives, remove obstacles, influence decision-makers, and drive results across sales, pricing, innovation, supply chain, and customer teams. Work remotely with 30–50% travel and executive-level customer engagement.
