The Staff Product Designer will lead design efforts for the Fetch app, focusing on enhancing user experiences for the Ads platform while mentoring team members and collaborating across functions.

Lead the migration to a modern, marketer-friendly web platform and build web-native acquisition experiences. Own platform health (performance, caching, deployment, monitoring), ship features with Growth and Product, write production code, lead reviews, coach peers, and drive reliability, testing, and integrations across teams. Work involves greenfield product design and CMS migration.

Lead product design for Fetch's mobile and enterprise AI-powered experiences. Own feature development from discovery through launch, mentor designers, collaborate with product and engineering, drive design systems, and ship polished, production-ready mobile UI and animations that improve user engagement and business KPIs.
