Provide administrative and operational HR support, handle employment verifications, assist recruiting and onboarding, support payroll data entry and backup, manage procurement and records, distribute surveys, and assist with events and special projects.

Manage and oversee all campus grounds and athletic field maintenance, supervise grounds staff, develop maintenance and enhancement plans, manage budget, coordinate landscape design and sustainability initiatives, ensure safety/compliance, and perform physical outdoor work as required.

Develops and executes marketing and communications for alumni engagement and annual giving, creating emails, social media, graphics, photos/videos, event registration, and analytics to increase engagement and fundraising.

Oversee campus events, conferences, camps, summer programs, and guest services. Manage event logistics, scheduling, contracts, guest accommodations, event technology, and summer operations. Coordinate with campus partners, supervise and train student staff, ensure facilities readiness, handle client relations and billing, and pursue revenue-generating event opportunities while providing on-call support as needed.
