Provide administrative leadership and operational oversight for the college Physical Plant Division. Coordinate daily operations, manage work order and record systems, oversee fleet, inventory, purchasing, payroll/timecards, and vendor coordination. Support budgeting, safety/compliance, emergency response, and continuous improvement while developing procedures, strengthening team capability, and ensuring efficient facility, grounds, housekeeping, and transportation services.

Teach undergraduate Principles of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and other business courses; advise and mentor students; participate in curriculum development, assessment, committees, and community engagement; support experiential learning; maintain professional engagement and, for tenure-track, pursue scholarly activity.

Manage and oversee all campus grounds and athletic field maintenance, supervise grounds staff, develop maintenance and enhancement plans, manage budget, coordinate landscape design and sustainability initiatives, ensure safety/compliance, and perform physical outdoor work as required.

Assist the Strength and Conditioning Supervisor in designing and implementing sport-specific, periodized training programs, monitoring athlete performance and safety, conducting assessments and rehabilitation exercises, maintaining the weight room and equipment, and educating athletes on nutrition and recovery. Provide supervision during workouts, enforce safety and facility policies, and coordinate with coaches and sports medicine staff.

Develops and executes marketing and communications for alumni engagement and annual giving, creating emails, social media, graphics, photos/videos, event registration, and analytics to increase engagement and fundraising.

Support and administer enrollment systems (Ellucian Recruit, Colleague, Financial Aid, Teamworks), maintain data integrity, run audits and reports, coordinate communications and recruitment campaigns, troubleshoot integrations with IT and vendors, train staff, and support enrollment operations and events to improve recruitment and retention.

Maintain and secure campus network, servers, POS, access control, surveillance, and classroom/lab systems. Perform updates, backups, monitoring, disaster recovery support, vendor coordination, inventory management, and hands-on equipment installation; provide technical support for instructional technologies and ensure software licensing compliance.

Provide administrative and operational HR support, handle employment verifications, assist recruiting and onboarding, support payroll data entry and backup, manage procurement and records, distribute surveys, and assist with events and special projects.
