Manage and oversee all campus grounds and athletic field maintenance, supervise grounds staff, develop maintenance and enhancement plans, manage budget, coordinate landscape design and sustainability initiatives, ensure safety/compliance, and perform physical outdoor work as required.

Provide administrative and operational HR support, handle employment verifications, assist recruiting and onboarding, support payroll data entry and backup, manage procurement and records, distribute surveys, and assist with events and special projects.

Manage payroll-related employee data, benefits administration, leave programs (FMLA, short-term disability), HRIS records, onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, and provide payroll and benefits support while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, manage applicant tracking and onboarding, supervise HR student employees, maintain confidential personnel records, process verifications and invoices, support HR communications, technology improvements, and provide backup for other HR functions.

Assist the Strength and Conditioning Supervisor in designing and implementing sport-specific, periodized training programs, monitoring athlete performance and safety, conducting assessments and rehabilitation exercises, maintaining the weight room and equipment, and educating athletes on nutrition and recovery. Provide supervision during workouts, enforce safety and facility policies, and coordinate with coaches and sports medicine staff.

Manage daily athletic training operations including facility upkeep, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, communication, and providing supervised First Aid during practices and competitions. Support practice, competition, travel logistics, and administrative projects to ensure efficient department operations and student-athlete care.
