The BIM Modeler is responsible for developing and maintaining 3D digital models that accurately represent project infrastructure, ensuring technical integrity and interdisciplinary coordination.

Lead implementation and oversight of the Project Quality Control Plan for the USACE Flood Risk Control project in San Juan. Manage inspections, testing, submittals, NCRs, audits, document control, labs, training, and ensure compliance with contract specifications and ISO 9001. Serve as primary quality liaison to USACE and advise project leadership on quality performance and corrective actions.

The Segment / Discipline Manager oversees construction activities for a Flood Risk Control project, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and quality standards while leading and mentoring teams.
