Lead and supervise on-site civil construction activities, coordinating personnel, subcontractors and resources to meet schedule, cost, quality and safety standards for complex infrastructure projects (tunnels, metro, shafts). Produce progress, productivity, quality and safety reports and maintain project documentation.

The Business Development Account Executive drives revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships in the fleet and automotive sectors, utilizing Salesforce for CRM and achieving sales quotas.

Lead project financial reporting, month-end close, accruals and forecasting for construction projects. Provide cost control, variance analysis, stakeholder reporting, IFRS-15/16 and SOX compliance, and manage subcontractor cost and payment processes.
