Manage planning, execution, and delivery of CIPP watermain rehabilitation projects. Oversee mobilization to demobilization, budgets, schedules, stakeholders, safety compliance, and subcontractors. Report progress, manage risks, and lead project close-outs and lessons learned.

Assemble, install, maintain and repair industrial machinery (winches, pumps, tanks, robotic systems). Read blueprints and schematics, perform precision alignment, fabricate parts, troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/electrical systems, and rig/move equipment using forklifts and lifts. Work rotating shifts and participate in preventative maintenance.

Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems for automated equipment and robotics. Lead testing, validation, FEA and kinematics analyses, produce engineering docs (drawings, BOMs, manuals), participate in internal/external meetings, and support manufacturing, safety, and maintenance requirements.

Lead end-to-end high-volume accounts payable activities: validate invoices, process payments (including Mastercard/AmEx), reconcile supplier and project expenses, support cheque runs, handle vendor inquiries, maintain AP records, and assist AP Manager with admin and process improvements.

Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and management/board reporting. Build financial models, project-level profitability analyses, KPI dashboards, and job costing support. Partner with operations on margin, change orders, revenue recognition; assist M&A diligence and implement reporting automation and process improvements.

Provide project accounting support for Canadian and US projects across the full financial lifecycle: project setup in the ERP, cost and revenue recording, forecasting, revenue recognition, month-end accruals, billing and cash receipts. Review contracts, change orders and estimates at completion, assist with reserves and audits, produce ad-hoc reports, and train Project Managers on ERP and financial processes.

Supervise on-site civil infrastructure (municipal water) projects, enforce safety and SOPs, coordinate crews/subtrades, manage schedules, inspections, deficiencies, and report site activities and budgets to Project and Operations Managers. Willingness to travel across Ontario and beyond as required.
