Teams at FERPAL Infrastructure

Manage on-site construction projects from planning through closeout, coordinating crews and contractors, monitoring schedules and budgets, enforcing safety, preparing reports, resolving issues, and maintaining client and stakeholder communications.

Supervise on-site civil infrastructure (municipal water) projects, enforce safety and SOPs, coordinate crews/subtrades, manage schedules, inspections, deficiencies, and report site activities and budgets to Project and Operations Managers. Willingness to travel across Ontario and beyond as required.

Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems for automated equipment and robotics. Lead testing, validation, FEA and kinematics analyses, produce engineering docs (drawings, BOMs, manuals), participate in internal/external meetings, and support manufacturing, safety, and maintenance requirements.
