Coordinates end-to-end technical support requests, product complaints, repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, parts orders, and customer follow-up. Reviews technical drawings and bills of materials, dispatches service providers, tracks shipments and invoices, determines warranty status, documents activities in service systems, and collaborates with engineering, quality, production, procurement, shipping, sales, and customer service teams.

Designs and supports electro-mechanical EMS products and subsystems, including structural components, CAD models, drawings, BOMs, GD&T, FEA, design reviews, verification, validation, and regulatory documentation. Investigates field issues, performs root-cause and failure analysis, implements corrective actions, and supports product improvements, manufacturability, quality, reliability, and certification. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, testing, product management, and operations teams.

Designs and develops electrical systems for powered emergency medical products, including PCBAs, firmware, harnesses, displays, motor controls, batteries, and embedded components. Leads products from concept through commercialization, supports sustaining engineering, testing, validation, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers while producing technical documentation and guiding design validation activities.
