Support daily HR operations including payroll backup, timecard reconciliation, HRIS data maintenance, I-9/E-Verify and FMLA tracking, onboarding logistics, frontline employee relations, and coordination with staffing agencies and EHS for PPE inventory.

Support the engineering R&D team by performing routine lab and administrative tasks, following established procedures, collecting and analyzing basic data, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and assisting with technical and instrumentation tasks.
