Leads delivery strategy for data center tenant pursuits across powered land, powered shell, and turnkey offerings. Validates capacity, schedules, service levels, risks, costs, and contractual commitments; coordinates technical and lender diligence; maintains campus availability and pipeline views; supports negotiations; and owns the handoff from executed agreements to delivery teams. The role also develops pursuit packages, reporting, pricing assumptions, and AI-enabled analysis while coordinating engineering, construction, controls, operations, and counsel.

Lead the development and maturation of an enterprise cybersecurity, IT risk, and compliance program. Responsibilities include governance, risk assessments, security policies, IAM/PAM, Microsoft Entra, cloud and endpoint security, incident response, vulnerability management, MSSP oversight, vendor risk, legal and data governance support, and OT/physical security coordination. The role partners with executives, legal, operations, compliance, and technical teams in a primarily Dallas-based hybrid environment with limited site travel.

Owns full-cycle recruiting across construction, industrial, energy, finance, commercial, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include intake, direct sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, pipeline development, hiring-manager advising, ATS maintenance, recruiting metrics, and process improvement. The recruiter will build talent pipelines for Dallas and Amarillo labor markets and support the development of scalable talent acquisition processes.

Manages commercial and contract alignment across EPC operations, procurement, project controls, construction, and legal teams. Reviews contract terms and change orders, supports negotiations, administers notices and claims, prepares commercial correspondence and dispute documentation, tracks contractual deadlines, manages commercial risks, and supports recoveries, diligence, governance, and executive reporting across major project agreements.

Serves as the owner-side technical authority for hyperscale data center infrastructure, overseeing MEP systems, design standards, vendor qualification, construction compliance, commissioning, and turnover. Reviews designs, resolves technical issues, verifies field installations, manages nonconformances, and ensures reliability, redundancy, maintainability, and operability. Coordinates engineering subject matter experts, consultants, integrators, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams in a matrix environment. Maintains the basis of design and drives equipment standardization, vendor-capacity tracking, and technical roadmap development.

Serve as the primary liaison between project cost teams and corporate finance. Reconcile commitments, accruals, actuals and EAC/ETC with the general ledger, align forecasts and cash flow to budgeting cycles, maintain WBS/CBS-to-COA mappings (Oracle Unifier/Fusion), support period close and portfolio reporting, drive governance and provide cost performance analysis and recommendations to leadership.

Manage and consolidate execution and contractor costs for EPC projects. Own cost control cycle (budgets, commitments, accruals, actuals, ETC/EAC), develop forecasts and cash flow, validate invoices and change orders, track contractor and procurement costs, support earned-value integration, produce cost reports and dashboards, and drive cost governance and process improvements.
