Manage full lifecycle of EPC contracts for power generation scope: lead RFPs and awards, administer contracts and change orders, ensure compliance, coordinate schedules and owner-furnished equipment, manage contractor performance, and support cross-functional procurement and finance activities.

Serves as the owner-side technical authority for hyperscale data center infrastructure, overseeing MEP systems, design standards, vendor qualification, construction compliance, commissioning, and turnover. Reviews designs, resolves technical issues, verifies field installations, manages nonconformances, and ensures reliability, redundancy, maintainability, and operability. Coordinates engineering subject matter experts, consultants, integrators, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams in a matrix environment. Maintains the basis of design and drives equipment standardization, vendor-capacity tracking, and technical roadmap development.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data center buildings for a tenant account, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, contracts, change orders, commissioning, turnover, and tenant reporting. Lead sequencing, shared-resource allocation, contractor management, claims defense, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, safety, and executive communications. This owner-side role requires extensive data center construction experience, Primavera P6 expertise, and accountability through operational handover.

Serve as the primary liaison between project cost teams and corporate finance. Reconcile commitments, accruals, actuals and EAC/ETC with the general ledger, align forecasts and cash flow to budgeting cycles, maintain WBS/CBS-to-COA mappings (Oracle Unifier/Fusion), support period close and portfolio reporting, drive governance and provide cost performance analysis and recommendations to leadership.

Track and expedite purchase orders for Project Matador, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Monitor PO status, update expediting logs, cross‑reference schedules, maintain records in Oracle Fusion and Aconex, prepare status reports, and support vendor communication, documentation, and corrective action tracking to ensure timely material delivery.

Manage and consolidate execution and contractor costs for EPC projects. Own cost control cycle (budgets, commitments, accruals, actuals, ETC/EAC), develop forecasts and cash flow, validate invoices and change orders, track contractor and procurement costs, support earned-value integration, produce cost reports and dashboards, and drive cost governance and process improvements.

Lead commercial efforts for a hyperscale data center campus: own customer relationships and full deal lifecycle, manage a large pipeline, negotiate leases/LOIs, align deals with finance and delivery, represent the company publicly, and build the BD team and processes as the business scales.

Lead strategy and execution to secure, develop, and operate multi-gigawatt behind-the-meter power for AI data center campuses. Responsibilities include generation portfolio planning (gas, renewables, nuclear/SMRs), commercial contracting, permitting and regulatory engagement, engineering integration with data center development, and establishing high-reliability operations and risk mitigation for hyperscale power assets.

Lead and manage all field safety operations for a combined-cycle power plant construction site. Own the site safety program, supervise Safety Coordinators, conduct inspections, lead incident investigations, enforce contractor safety, deliver training, maintain emergency preparedness, and report safety metrics while ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance.

Lead owner-side delivery of natural gas generation projects from FEED through FID, construction, commissioning, and turnover. Own safety, cost, schedule, quality, contracts, EPC oversight, cost forecasting, Primavera P6 schedule management, design review, permitting compliance, construction oversight, commissioning, and performance testing.
